Service-Based Refunds

ChandKabadiwala acts as a platform connecting users with service providers. Refunds, if any, depend on the nature of the service booked and the issue reported. Once a service is successfully delivered, no refund shall be applicable.

Cancellation by User

If a user cancels a service booking before the service has started, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable service or processing charges. Cancellation requests must be raised within the time frame specified at the time of booking.

Service Issues & Disputes

In case of incomplete, unsatisfactory, or non-delivered services, users must report the issue to our support team within 24–48 hours of the scheduled service time. We will review the complaint and, if found valid, initiate a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Payment Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment. The refund amount may take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in cases of:

  • Incorrect service selection by the user

  • Delays caused due to user unavailability

  • Completed services without any valid complaint

  • Force majeure events beyond our control
